Export & wholesale

Working with international buyers

We sell directly from the factory in Quindío, Colombia. What we can supply, and on what terms, depends on your destination — so the conversation starts there rather than with a price list.

How the process works

Four steps, in the order they actually happen

  1. 01

Tell us your market and channel

Start with the country you import into and the channel you sell through — retail grocery, BBQ specialty, hardware, foodservice or wholesale distribution. That single detail changes almost everything that follows, from bag format to labelling, so it is the first thing we ask and the first thing we work from.

  2. 02

Tell us which references interest you

Point to the products you would actually list: the 2 kg or 4 kg hardwood lump bags, Taurus Premium, the boxed premium presentation, kindling, fire starters, or a combination. Tell us the packaging you have in mind for your shelf. We will say plainly what is already confirmed and what still has to be verified.

  3. 03

    We review your requirements

Destination labelling, packaging, customs and product documentation and the volumes you expect are reviewed together, because they are connected. We do not quote before we understand the destination — requirements differ by country, and a number given without that context would only have to be withdrawn later.

  4. 04

You get a written commercial response

Our commercial team replies in writing setting out what we can supply, in which formats, and on what terms for your market. If something cannot be confirmed yet, the reply says so rather than leaving it open. From there the conversation continues with the manufacturer, not an intermediary.

Requirements differ by country

Import requirements for charcoal and wood products are not the same everywhere. Labelling, phytosanitary and customs documentation all vary with the destination, and in some markets with the channel as well.

We work with the buyer to establish what their own market requires, and we say clearly what we can and cannot provide against that list before anything is agreed.

Tell us where you are importing to

One message with your market and the references you are considering is enough to begin.
